In-person & online therapy services
Individual therapy is available in person at our Manhattan office or online via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Individual therapy provides a space to deeply explore your psyche, unburden yourself, and develop evidence-based coping tools.
Those experiencing anxiety, the effects of trauma, depression, body image concerns, grief, relationship issues, high stress, a life transition, or unhealthy self-esteem can greatly benefit from individual therapy.
Chances are, your struggles aren’t “too small” to seek therapy! Nearly everyone can benefit from dedicated time to explore their inner world and process tough stuff with expert support.
$100-$250 depending on your clinician. We'll check your out-of-network coverage in a consultation, and submit superbills to your insurance on your behalf.

Unprocessed memories and traumas are stored in the “emotional” part of the brain. These memories can be reactivated when you’re in a situation that reminds your brain of the difficult experiences you’ve had, causing negative reactions to benign events. This is often what happens when we get “triggered.”
In EMDR, we activate the memory network associated with a specific present-day trigger you’d like to work through. We then guide you through sets of repeated eye movements (or other forms of bilateral stimulation) until the painful memories have been reprocessed.
EMDR can be used for a variety of concerns (e.g. PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, complex trauma, and phobias). However, it’s not appropriate for everyone. If you’re interested in EMDR, schedule an initial consultation, and we’ll discuss eligibility criteria.
$250/session. We'll check your out-of-network coverage in a consultation, and submit superbills to your insurance on your behalf.
A DBT Skills Group is a seamless addition to individual therapy. It primarily focuses on building skills you can immediately apply to your day-to-day. This makes more space for in-depth work in your one-on-one sessions. However, you are not required to be in individual therapy to take part in the DBT Skills Group.*
The groups are interactive. You’ll have opportunities to share stressors with the group and your therapist so you can learn how to apply DBT skills to your specific situations.
Group sessions are $80/session. DBT Skills Group is eligible for insurance reimbursement.
*A participant with a “high-risk” history in the last calendar year must be in individual therapy to partake in this DBT group.
**You must be based in NY, NJ, or FL to participate in this DBT group.
Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic. When used in this therapeutic practice, it can help eligible clients access and process memories and insights the brain may be blocking. It also helps improve brain plasticity, allowing more positive changes to take root.
When talk therapy alone hasn’t been successful, this experiential therapy can help you make faster progress or support changes that might not happen otherwise.
KAP can be used for a variety of concerns (e.g. PTSD, complex trauma, phobias, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety). However, it is not appropriate for everyone. If you are interested in KAP, schedule an initial consultation, and we will discuss eligibility criteria.
