Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a skills-focused approach that focuses on four core modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Think of them like weekly group classes where you learn skills to manage stressors, emotions, and relationships.

Processing our emotions can be exhausting at times, but DBT can offer you the rest your soul needs. 

  • DBT groups are interactive. You’ll have opportunities to share stressors with the group and your therapist so you can learn how to apply DBT skills to your specific situations.

  • Group sessions are $80/session. DBT Skills Group is eligible for insurance reimbursement.

  • You are not required to be in individual therapy to take part in the DBT Skills Group.*
